“Perspective Cubes” a limited(500) edition high top sneaker from Pierre Hardy. The cubist box patterns relates to the function of the shoe, STEPPN! Like Q-bert jumping block to block, in a physical world perception and depth is present on the design of the shoe. Pierre Hardy has a dope design on their hands. Sonar 2009 ~ Barcelona International Festival of Advanced Music and Multimedia Art

It seems with the growing number of festivals each year, Barcelona has grown tremendously as an International center for music, design and experimental media. The video shows Sonar by day and Sonar by night. We highly recommend keeping this show on your radar, now and years to come.

What is Sonar? Sonar is a music and digital art festival held in the heart of the city of Barcelona for three days every June.

At last year’s festival, more than 80 thousand people enjoyed a musical line-up that combined major names in today’s electronica with ideas for minority interests.

Sonar is a meeting point both for an audience from all over the world eager for new ideas, and for professionals, who find that the festival atmosphere is the ideal place to display their products and make contacts. This year the festival will take place on 18, 19 and 20 June. Check the line-up here.

Visao on the hunt again, we stopped into Upper Playground after our Paasche airbrush purchase, to see what’s new. Remember going into your local T-shirt store to buy the newest Cypress Hill or Beastie Boys shirt, but saw these crazy Slayer, Megadeth or Anthrax rocker shirts too? Munk One is the designer behind the Nature’s Curse shirts and many more at Upper Playground. We love the concept, vibrant colors and coverage across the shirt’s front. Great shirt for the DJ on the go.

Armani Exchange – Silver Foil Type

We picked up a new Men’s V-Neck T-Shirt at Armani Exchange. We like the silver foil lettering patterned words: Armani Exhange, New York City, Milan, and 1991 with missing lettering. It has technical and modern look, and embodies the “street-chic culture, fashionable dance music and everything that signifies freedom and personal style. Armani Exchange is the youthful label created by Italian designer and entrepreneur Giorgio Armani.”

We went shopping today and found ourselves in Urban Outfitters, hoping to buy a trendy little outfit for a lovely lady. The hipster nostalgia style ranges from laid back to hot lunch date. We came across this nicely designed top by Kimchi Blue an exclusive Urban Outfitters brand. It’s detailed pattern and retro young professional cut will give any girl that extra boost while designing.
